Sending a correction
If a price, age limit or other detail in a guide is wrong or out of date, we want to know. To help us check it quickly, include:
- the address of the guide, or its title;
- which figure or statement is wrong;
- if you can, a link to where the correct figure is published, ideally the operator's own page.
We check every correction against the operator's own page before changing a guide, because that is where all the figures on this site come from. If you are an operator correcting details of your own tour, the quickest fix is to publish the figure on your tour page and send us the link.
Questions about a booking
Bookings are made with the operator running the tour, not with us, so we cannot change dates, issue refunds or confirm a departure. Contact the operator directly; their details are in your booking confirmation.
